Mental health affects millions of people every day. Most of us don’t get the help we need, and are unable to discuss our issues whether it be depression, anger, anxiety… the list goes on. Here we have provided an anonymous outlet to allow people to talk about their issues, vent, or even discuss coping mechanisms that they have discovered.

Finding people to relate to without feeling vulnerable is a great way to start. If your feel your story can help someone else, feel free to leave it on our website. Or simply look for others who have similar issues, and see how they have dealt with it.
